Strategic and Necessary

The works in this series feature bold, layered, sometimes graphic color elements. The series is inspired by the a quote from the character Waymond, in the movie Everything Everywhere All at Once: "When I choose to see the good side of things, I'm not being naive. It’s how I learned to survive everything. It is strategic and necessary.” In that spirit these pieces are developed with an intentional strategy to see the good and find the love in a world that seemingly lacks both.
